Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Please contact us within 5 days after you received the items to let us know the reasons for wanting to return and also to receive instructions on how to return the product.
Basically, we will accept the exchange or refund based on the conditions below:
- because it is defective. In this case we need to see the details in photos.
- photo of defective part, 1 photo of item as a whole).
- because you received the wrong item.
- you should send off the item to us within 7 calendar days from the time we agreed with the returns.
- returned item must be in its original conditions and in original packaging, not used; tags should still be intact
Relating to point 1 above, Defective item do not include the following;
- placement of prints
- slight color differences due to different monitors resolutions and studio/outdoor lighting
- minor defects such as loose threads
- small scratches or slight stains on the inner lining
- slight asymmetry
- slight misalignment of seams or inner lining
- dropping of buttons which can be sewn on easily
- or any reason similar in effect
For exchange, state in details which item you want to exchange it with, including size, color and options.
We will arrange for an exchange. In the event the defect item is out of stock, a refund via coupon code (store credit valid for 3 months) of the amount of the returned purchase will be issued.
We do not allow return of Sale or Promotional item for exchange or refund.
How to avoid returning
To help avoid you having to deal with returns, please review the description, condition and all photos carefully prior to purchasing. Please note sizes, colour, material/fabric, and make in the listing of description and photos, please read it carefully before you buy it
Note that color may look slightly different on different computer screens
Please ask before you make a purchase, if you are not sure we will be more than happy to assist you
Before Returning
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without our prior return authorization.
Therefore, if you need to return your order, please contact us first to confirm.
Once you are authorized to return the items, please follow all of the instructions provided to you.
Within 7 business days upon receipt of your returned item, you will be issued a refund or exchange for the original sales amount in Thai Baht. If refund, the amount will be the amount we received in Thai baht and convert to your country’s currency at time of banking/remittance.
Return Shipping Instruction
Please mark the parcel as “Returned merchandise or goods” upon shipping the item back. Under most circumstances return-shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
In addition, you must arrange to return the item within five (5) days after stating intent to return and you must send us the tracking number for the package.
If we do not receive notification that the returned item was shipped and do not receive a tracking number for the package, your refund/exchange will be delayed in processing
We are not liable for damages or lost while in shipping/transit to us.
